Techno Monkey Media’s innovative system for covering dance competitions is a fun and high tech experience for organizers, competitors, and spectators.
Our friendly staff is uniformed so that they integrate well with your competition. If you, your staff, your judges, or your competitors need to communicate with us, we are easy to identify and ready to answer any questions. Because our operation is digital from end to end, our booth offers several interactive features that will keep your competitors excited. We have a live feed from our video capture setup that allows us setup either a projector or a TV with a window to what is happening onstage in real time. Our photo preview stations are user friendly and updated with new photos almost instantly after each performance. Your competitors and their family or friends can purchase DVDs and photo CDs of one or more performances at our booth and receive the them within one hour! For your competitors’ convenience, we are able to accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, and Cash on-site at our booth.
We are also the only supplier in Western Canada that provides Video Adjudication. With Video Adjudication, we record an individual audio track for each judge’s comments. DVDs containing all of a particular studio’s entries are then compiled with the original music track and an additional audio track for each judge so that teachers and students can see exactly what each judge is referring to in their performance. Not only is this one of the hottest learning tools in dance today, but it eliminates outdated equipment, potentially hundreds of audio tape purchases, and the need for another staff member if you already record your judge’s comments.
We will of course cover every dance number in your competition. We capture video in High-Definition and master to DVD with menus for easy navigation. We mix our ambient sound recording with the line from your sound system for the most natural audio and create separate sound tracks for each judge if Video Adjudication is being recorded. If you would like to include video advertisements on our DVDs we can prearrange this with you. We provide both digital negatives of photos on CD and prints on-site.
We will be more than happy to work with you to design a DVD case cover that reflects your competition’s branding and provides your contact information or web address. We are also able to work with you to create a highlight reel to promote your future competitions or events that are tied into them.
