We just wrapped our first dance competition of the season over at The ACT in Maple Ridge. Everything went very smooth, and many happy customers were able to take home photos and video from their dances the very same day!

Looks like there’s a new player in town for buying music to put in your films. This one looks a little more expensive at $98.00 per track for commercial use. I think we’ll stick with Shockwave Sound for now.

Introducing Music Store
As many of you know, finding music for your videos can be somewhat… well, painful. Licensing music on your own can be confusing and finding good free music can take forever. Today, we recorded voice-overs for a promotional video for a client who is in Calgary. So that the client could still be involved and provide feedback on the recording session, we live-streamed it to him via our website.
We hooked up an output from the amp directly into the live-stream feed and setup a simple webcam for the video. This was a major benefit to our client because he was still able to be right there and involved with the recording of the voice overs. This ensures that his project can come out exactly the way he wants it, every step of the way.
An awesome benefit to this is that we can have multiple clients connect in from all around the world in the future. We could also use our cellphone’s as portable wifi hotspot and do this on-the-road. And perhaps even live-stream a video shoot in the future! the possibilities are endless!

In total, we snapped over 75 thousand photos in this last month at dance competitions. These photos spanned nearly 2000 dances, and total nearly a 300 GB library.
We finished shooting the last of our dance competitions for the season yesterday! The full photo galleries can be found on our tmmdance.com website – which is a website dedicated to our dance customers!
New for this year, we’ve also integrated the website with 
so that customers can easily order their photos and video online. We’ve seen a massive increase in online ordering with the addition of this simple tool!
